The paella was outstanding, the sangria refreshing and perfectly balanced — and both the lamb and the entrecôte were absolutely amazing: tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The elegant interior design adds to the charm of the place, creating a refined yet cozy atmosphere that enhances the entire experience. It’s warm, relaxing, and ideal for a quiet evening with your partner, friends, or family. It’s Five Stars all the way. We have been enjoying Carlos and Joanna’s food and hospitality for many years. Everything freshly cooked great fish and meat dishes all presented in a first class way. Great choice of paella. If you’re really hungry try the lamb. Booking is always recommended unmissable if your in Oliva.

4 friends just had a meal in Restaurante Classic. I met Joanna when I booked the table earlier today & I knew immediately we would have a good night. She welcomed us & took care of us all night. She managed the tables perfectly. Everything went so smoothly. The food was delicious & presented beautifully. She encouraged me to speak the little Spanish I had. We are in Spain for 4 weeks now & I can honestly say it was the best night out we have had & it was all down to Joanna. Thank you x

Amazing restaurant in Oliva, with excellent service, best paella variety, great choice of fish, and great atmosphere. It's just difficult to get a walk-in table, and it's advisable to pre-book the table for dinner.

Classic is a fantastic Spanish restaurant. The food is consistently good (we've been going for 3 years) - special kudos for the clams a la plancha - must have! The paellas are nothing short of extraordinary. Been coming to Spain for 35 years, and Joanna's paellas are hands-down the best there are. For those who knew Juanmi (restaurant next door), Joanna used to tend that restaurant until a few years back, when she opened Classic. If you want those exceptional paellas, then do not hesitate!! Last but certainly not least, service is superior, and Joanna is a delight. I can't praise her and her restaurant enough!

This was outstanding! You have to preorder the Paella but it’s worth it! We had dinner here twice in a row and will potentially eat here for a third time during a short visit. We were totally flashed by the kind and polite owner of this little gem. Highly recommend!

Our first visit but we will definitely come again. The good well presented food was complimented by fantastic unobtrusive service. But perhaps best of all the restaurant is ideal for a cosy quiet evening with tables well spaced apart and great background Spanish music. This restaurant is not about the money its about the experience - best to book and bear in mind it closes early (21:30)

The owner- manager is extremely nice and you feel immediately at home. Food is great, both vegetarian, fish and meat. And so the Whiskey type of ice-cream. We will certainly come back.
